GENERATIONYOU PROGRAM
The Plan Sponsor has implemented an incentive program that rewards a Covered Person for engaging in GenerationYou (GenYou). When a covered Employee completes a Story of You consult, either digitally or with a GenYou Guide, within 90 days after the start of the Benefit Plan Year, that covered Employee will be rewarded with a UMR Prepaid Reward Card. For more information about GenYou, please call the toll-free member services number listed on the back of Your member ID card.

EXPERIENCED CLINICAL TEAM
GenYou’s CARE Guide services maximize the value of our advocacy program . The GenerationYou CARE Guide team is a dedicated group that collaborates to provide members and their families with personalized assistance in managing medical needs and navigating the entire health care system. Support is available through phone or email. The CARE Guide will assist Covered Persons who are showing health behaviors that could lead to movement to a high-risk status. The CARE Guides will reach out via mailed letter or telephone to Covered Persons to assist them with health management. Outreach may be due to, but not limited to, frequent Emergency room visits, discharge support, Medical Specialty Medications, denial and appeal support, pre-surgical counseling for elective surgeries, and behavioral health/Substance Use Disorder member and family support.
