Dialysis Network Services (DNS)

Dialysis Network Services (DNS) provides access to a preferred provider dialysis network and support from a UMR CARE Nurse Manager by collaborating with the Covered Person to delay the progression of the disease to renal failure.

UMR CARE End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) specialty nurses focus on clinical support and treatments.

If a Covered Person chooses to seek services at a DNS preferred provider, the Covered Person must contact UMR CARE at 866-494-4502.
