Limited Flexible Spending Accounts If you have a high deductible health plan and a Health Savings Account (HSA), you can also enroll in a Limited Flexible Spending Account (FSA), if offered by your employer, to use pre-tax dollars for eligible dental and vision expenses.

No, you can only change your election during the year if you have a qualifying status change, such as marriage, divorce, a change in dependents, or a change in employment, and the change must be consistent with your new election. What happens if I do not use all the money I set aside each plan year? Depending on your plan, you may be able to carry over part of your remaining balance or use funds for a limited time the following year—see your Summary Plan Description for details. Unused funds may be forfeited, so check your balance regularly at myplans.cbiz.com or on the My Plans by CBIZ mobile app. What happens if I quit or am terminated from my job? You may be eligible to submit claims for reimbursement up until your termination date.
