CODAC employees are encouraged to continue training in a person-centered, integrated model of treatment and intervention. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Policies and procedures are a means for CODAC to formally set out what we intend to do and the means by which it will carry out the stated objectives. Policies and procedures reduce the risk of errors or failing because of a lack of focus. CODAC’s has established written policies and procedures to provide guidance and set expectations for all employees. As a supervisor these policies and procedures are a tool to ensure that expectations are being met. More specifically, CODAC follows general principles that are aspirational in nature with the intent to guide and inspire all employees toward the highest of ethical standards. That said, all CODAC employees strive to benefit those with whom they work and take care to do no harm. Second, all employees are responsible with establishing professional relationships of trust with members, colleagues, family/family of choice and with any other community stakeholder. Next, all employees seek to promote accuracy, honesty and truthfulness in all health education, prevention, teaching and intervention. In addition, all employees recognize that fairness and justice entitle all members to access to, benefit from, and equal quality of integrated health services. Lastly, all employees respect the dignity and worth of all people, and the rights of individuals to privacy, confidentiality
