CODAC Management Manual

Our ACC contracts are the largest contracts and cover folks on Medicaid or individuals who may qualify through federal grant dollars for those who do not qualify for AHCCCS such as Substance Abuse Block Grant (SABG) but are in need of services. Beyond our ACC contacts with these organizations, we may also contract with these organizations to provide care to other individuals that have their insurance and are in need of service but may not be on Medicaid or may have dual eligibility, etc. If unsure what services are covered for any individual you and/or your direct reports should contact Membership to assist in clarifying benefit eligibility questions. In addition, CODAC also receives funding through public or private grants, donors and other methods. Some of these dollars may be restricted, which means that there are specific requirements that need to be met in order to access funds. Most funding sources have particular guidelines, restrictions and specific details related to the services that can be provided and may include additional provider requirements. These can typically be found on the funders websites under provider information links or tabs. Specific CODAC personnel are assigned to monitor any changes in these contracts, manuals, policies, or guidelines and will keep internal employees alerted to any changes.
